As Technology shifts the paradigm of our humanity, it is essential to recognise various aspects of our form that needs to be maintained and constantly innovated – learning. My research’s empirical context can be deployed into various sectors and industries as learning and development is a constantly evolving aspect of every human being.
The benefits of my research will help organisations understand how various techniques, tools and systems with extended reality and blockchain can impact performance (either positively or negatively), reduce attrition and improve company growth.
